Resurrection of 60-year-old Steel Pipe Production Line
The ICP team helped the old machines to capture data at Far East Machinery Co., Ltd by installing sensors on old machines. Those sensors can help detect malfunctioning equipment and capture data on current and voltage of DC motors. Meanwhile, ICP works with Advantech to complete the deployment of communication equipment within 2 weeks, enabling the production lines to stably transmit signals without interferences, so that the rear end IT department is able to collect and summarize the front end data for analyses.
