TPC Changone Switching Station

To facilitate offshore wind power transmission, TPC planned to construct a switching station for grid connection according to its “ TPC Offshore Windfarm Phase 1 Project.” The concept of a switching station is similar to that of an extension cord, which first gather the power of the industry, and then transmits it. In the project, the ICP team was responsible for the construction of all control cables, Gateways, Power SCADA and other monitoring systems. It took us more than 4 months to complete the construction project and the parallel-running test. After the construction of the switching station is completed in the future, it is expected to provide 2.5GW of grid-connected capacity.
