During the manufacturing process of factory production lines, there are defects in the components, such as deformation, misalignment, scratches, and other defects. The traditional manufacturing industry mostly uses optical instruments to visually inspect products, which is not only labor intensive, but also inefficient. It is difficult to establish a standardized situation. However, once the product damage is caused by misjudgment, the clients will have negative perceptions of the product yield.
Effective Improvement in Production Line Performance
ICP’s Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) solution uses artificial intelligence to identify, through a mechanical perspective, defects on surface of products instead of judgement by human brain and eyes, and further improve quality of products and reduce defect rates.
The AI + Acoustic + Inspection (AAI) solution uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology plus the audio frequency analysis technology exclusively developed by ICP to analyze sound waves generated from vibration of machines during operation. With the human-like machine hearing, the solution is designed to replace human ears and achieve the goal of preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.

IEC 61850
- IEC 61850 is an international power standard communication protocol, which was formulated by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to define communication for intelligent electronic devices (IED) at substations
- The purpose is to improve the situation of poor interoperability due to different communication protocols adopted by various power suppliers for substation automation
